For the development of any community or any marginalized groups, inclusion of women in the development programs is extremely important Because without the participation of women, we cannot expect any development. In order to eliminate gender discrimination and strengthen the role of women in decision making, it is very important for us to empower women. Keeping this in mind, DAJI has taken the initiative to train the refugee women in various market oriented training programs such as tailoring, electrician, handmade paper work, arm triangle training, etc
Now the groups are able to take orders from different traders and individuals. We also participate in various exhibitions to promote the products made by refugees. As of now 70 refugees has been trained in different domains.
